Sebuah forum online internasional, Nana-Mizuki.Proboards.com pada bulan Februari 2012 merilis sebuah voting untuk para fans Nana Mizuki.

Isi polingnya adalah bila Nana Mizuki mengecat rambutnya, warna rambut apa yang diinginkan oleh para fansnya.

Sebanyak 4 votes (22,2 %) menginginkan rambut Nana Mizuki di cat warna Brunette (lightre brown). Sedangkan sebanyak 2 votes (11,1%) menginginkan Nana Mizuki mengecat rambutnya dengan warna merah. Sedangkan pemilih NO Black is fine!!! mendapatkan persentase terbanyak, yaitu 12 votes (66,6%).

-I want to see a red haired Nana, though I think black looks best on her >__<

-Black definitely suits her, but I'd love to see her go a lighter shade and tread into brunette territory, imo she'd look stunning. And maybe not a full-blown blue, but a raven-ish blue that shows in the light would work well, too.
Blonde/Pink/lighter colours wouldn't suit her imo, but maybe if she did like a section of her hair, similar to the little extensions she wears in concerts sometimes.

-I dont think she has the complexion for bright red but as others have said, darker variants would look nice on her. I think she should experiment a bit, hair dye is nothing you can't undo

-I'd love to see her as a brunette, whether it be dark or going toward a lighter shade. Granted, given how beautiful she looks with her natural hair color and her complexion, maybe really light brown wouldn't be a good idea ^^;. I do think it would be fun to see her with dark red highlights though, or as had been suggested, that bluish tinge. She'd look especially epic and magical that way *____*.
