Penampilan terakhir Nana Mizuki di
QVC Marine Field di kota Chiba pada Jumat, 8 September 2012 akhirnya selesai digelar. One-man tour Nana Mizuki kali ini di gelar di 12 venue panggung kota di Jepang dengan 14 performens di tiap masing-masing kota tersebut. Konser ini menjadi konser ke seratus (100) dan konser yang memorable bagi Mizuki Nana pribadi.
QVC Marine Field menampung 36 ribu fans yang berkumpul menjadi tempat pertunjukkan konser final dari serangkaian tur LIVE UNION 2012. Musik pembuka seperti biasa dibuka oleh Cherry Boys dan juga setelah itu tampil Team YO-DA dan diikuti oleh teriakan Nana Mizuki yang muncul di panggung. Teriakan "Marine field ー! Buttobashi Ikuyo!" memecahkan ketakziman konser. Single pembuka yang dipilih kali ini adalah single ke-24, POP MASTER. Nana-chan menyanyikan dua lagu secara berurutan sebagai lagu untuk penampilan pembuka.

Di dalam konser ini Nana Mizuki juga mengumumkan akan merilis album terbaru yang belum diberi nama dan live orchestra kedua yang akan diadakan selama dua hari di Saitama Super Arena pada tanggal 19 dan 20 Desember 2012.
